Does the SCStudyInterfaceRef Passed to a Custom Study Change Its Memory Location?

Is it safe to keep a pointer to the SCStudyInterface in a Persistent Variable and reuse that for future calls to my study or is it not guaranteed that the study interface object will remain in the same location in memory?
