Earlier this week I send a request asking for some telephone support which is support that has to be paid for.
This is not support that I am entitle to it is support that I have to pay for.
If you change your position on support you may need to state what you will or will not offer support on.
I don't think you offer much in support what I have experience is that you outside of the paid support that i have taken from you is referral.
You may have a good platform but with support it has very little value and value is what you are selling.

I do need one-on-one paid support. Can I have it?
