colums missing data

A client of mine recently upgraded to 1785. He is using a chartbook. Periodically the whole column H drops all data and goes blank.

He cannot get this data back without logging off the software entirely and logging back in.

This wasn't happening with any other versions. Any thoughts?

We cannot reproduce this.

From one of the programmers:

I'm having trouble finding anything in the spreadsheet study code that could possibly clear column H.

My closest guess so far is that maybe something external is changing the inputs or persistent variables for the spreadsheet study, but that seems rather unlikely.

In our test we can see data and formatting in column H.
