ParabolicSAR indicator bug

Hello,

I've have repeatedly seen an issue with the ParabolicSAR indicator that I cannot explain based on how I know the SAR is calculated. In the attached image, you will see where the SAR appears to revert to a slower acceleration factor/slope before returning to the previous AF/slope. Based on a standard SAR calculation, there should be no reason for a SAR's acceleration factor to be reduced. Is this a bug?
