Trial - Data not updating?

HI, New to SC. Testing with AAPL on a 1 min chart in this trial version of SC.
Data is up-to-date when I login but then never updates thereafter.
I did read through the documentation and Frequently Asked Questions, etc.
I am stumped on what to do now.
This must be very simple, but apparently not for me!
