Live orders from spreadsheet not executing on live account

Hi there,

The trades being processed and everything works fine during backtest, but on the live account, trades are not being executed.

One odd thing which concerns me at this point is the log message from Trade service log.

During the backtest the message is logged as "Sell Entry | Signal ignored because current Alert Condition formula is TRUE .....while the trade is actually executed in the same time, however on the live account it is not.

No other logs are explicitly defining the root cause.

Can you point me in the right way to solve the issues.

Log attached from backtesting when everything looks ok. Sends order and closes it successfully.

Just a thought, Would this be because the overlay is from different time frame than the main chart? And on the replay mode the last price from the higher time frame in raw 3 is populated in advance? Thus the results are different on a backtest vs real time?

If the issue is due to something like this:

Then this is just simply a study and formula related issue.

The issue could be what is described in post #2. It is hard for us to say from our perspective. Generally the recommendation we have is to simplify the set up and then gradually bring it back towards what it was to see if you can isolate the problem.
