Recently by mistake I have managed to accidently split every TPO in my Dax daily profile chart by somehow clicking my mouse more than once on the chart. Unfortunately when I go to the menu I find that undo all splits for this chart in the menu is in the greyed out mode , ie not activated.

Re-setting the TPO chart doesn't work which isn't greyed out so is active. So how can I undo these unwanted splits in the chart if the facility is greyed out?. Is there a way I can or can Sierra active this facility as I have a lot of information on this chart & don't wish to create a new chart & loose my charting levels, please help as this would be greatly appreciated.

Karl.

Why not use Chart >> Reset TPO Chart? That will definitely work.

Therefore the problem has nothing to do with splitting or merging if Chart >> Reset TPO Chart has no effect. That chart is therefore now in its default state. We need to see an image of the chart showing what you are describing.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

Thanks for your most recent reply. I unfortunately don't seem to be able to follow the instructions from the link you sent me? & I haven't as yet manage to resolve the issue. I try to follow the link you sent but it I don't seem to be able to add Symbol- Period- Chart # . Is there a more simple way I can send you a screenshot , ie through Jing at all please?. I know it won't copy into this message board & I'm really stuck on this one please help.

Kind regards,

Karl.

I have resolved the issue another way as I don't seem to be able to send a screenshot. I simply created a new blank 5 min chart, copied the settings from the chart that has messed up & copied all chart drawings to this new 5 in chart & I have the same chart without duplicated side by side TPO'S. I'm wondering now if this was some pc blip, very strange.

Coming back to the screenshots & its only a suggestion that a mini video on posting & attaching screenshots within Sierra would be most helpful, especially newer users.
Maybe this has already been done somewhere by another member?.

Thanks, Karl.
