Hello. I would like to request an option to allow the user to have "Force Login" checked automatically each time they login.

We apologize for the delay. Could you give us a reason why you would need this. We just want to understand it before we would put effort in on this.

Thank you for the consideration. It's all good though. I understand how busy you folks must be considering how much work you have put into your trading platform; there could be 1000+ different user options and configurations.

I click on force login each time on startup due to the initial experience I had with your platform 1 year ago. What I learned was that the connection to your server dropped several times during the trading day, and the solution was to ensure force login was checked so that I only incurred a slight delay in the data feed until it was restored.

The thing is, I'm using a different data feed now so I cannot accurately compare my initial experience with my current usage. Once I have tested the new data feed on my desktop machine for 1 week without clicking on force login I will have a better comparison to follow up with you. Also, I am certain many changes have been made on your end over the last year to continually improve your product.

Thank you for creating a very deep trading platform. I truly appreciate all your hard work.

Actually, there are already more than a thousand options and configurations.

What I learned was that the connection to your server dropped several times during the trading day, and the solution was to ensure force login was checked so that I only incurred a slight delay in the data feed until it was restored.
Definitively this could have only been coincidental. There is no connection between using Force Login and any subsequent connection to external services. Or even to Sierra Chart provided server services.

Might be best to use a dedicated server somewhere outside of your current location and run Sierra Chart there and then use Windows remote desktop over to it. Maybe somewhere in Europe like Germany. You can get good quality and fast servers at Hetzner.

Hello. I selected "send for analysis" in the message log to attempt to further trouble shoot this issue.

No idea why I'm continually losing the data feed.

I thought it could be a Windows 10 issue since we have had so many problems with the Windows OS over the years, and here is what I found after running the troubleshooter:
