CQG Sierra Chart Outage Issue this Morning for some users.

AMP is telling me that there is a CQG - Sierra Chart issue this morning affecting some customers. They are working on it. Many users I trade with on the same setup are not experience issues but a few of us are. Just sharing this if others are experiencing an outage also. -- Scott |

Mine just came back up at 9:50 EST. My friend in New York is still down. Try closing and reopening your platform is you haven't already. -- Scott |

A restart is not necessary. At most you just need to select File >> Disconnect, wait a certain amount of time, how long we are not sure, then select File >> Connect to Data Feed. We think the problem was with the CQG FIX connection. It does not really make sense that it would have been Sierra Chart specific but those users who would be using CQG FIX as compared to the CQG Web API would have been affected.
