Aligning Ask/Bid Delta Volume on top of candlestick bar chart

I am looking to have a candlestick chart that shows the Delta of the Ask/Bid per candlestick bar. I know someone who has configured this but will not share. I have attached a screenshot of the persons screen who has achieved this.
