Scroll back, how to keep the vertical axis numbers the same

Its the most frustrating thing, having the numbers on the verticle axis (price), change when you scroll back. I want price to stay the same, so that when i scroll back im looking at the exact same level, (seems like it should really be default actually). I read this post: Horizontal Scrolling but that does not work using constant range and unchecking the recenter on chart scroll.. any ideas please and thanks.
here are current settings, where it still scrolls all over the place when i pan backwards on the horizontal axis.

What you can do is right-click on the price scale and select:
Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set


If you are using a Constant Range Scale, then make sure the Constant Range Scale Mode is set to Manual Mode.
