I am using version 1032 CTS FIX. All is very good. The question I have is how do I get more historical tick data? My current service package is 5. Can I convert the older, non FIX fiiles I have saved(probably not) Or is there a way to integrate SC historical tick data(or another service) to pick up past the download restrictions for CTS historical tick data? The current size of my FIX file is only from 8/20, I would like more data. Thanks

You can easily rename the older Historical Intraday data files you have to the new symbol format. For instructions refer to:

We also recommend updating to version 1036 when using CTS T4. Update by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

Before the end of this month we will be offering a new CME market data service which will fully integrate with CTS T4 and provide more historical data. Please refer to:

Thank you. I saw the thread for the integrated data. Will that be available with service package 5? Or is that set to be an additional charge?
Either way, I want that. I like the direction SC is heading.

I also saw the note for the FIX improvements to 1036. I am usually hesitant to run a pre release, but will do this on your suggestion.
Thank you

This new data feed is an additional charge of 35 a month on top of the service package you are already using. It will work with any service package.

The update is important because it makes changes with the handling of FIX message sequence numbers. We have been hearing about some issues with that lately.
