Change Chart from military to regular time zone not showing 24hr, is it possible , I looked and don't see a way to change chart to 12 hour time laps instead of 24 hrs , thank youokay

I’ve seen other people’s charts in Sierra showing actual eastern time zone times at bottom of Charts! I’ve seen them showing 9:30 AM at the open of US market but mine do not, why?
