Sierra Charts not Connecting to Data Feed

Hello, this has been a reoccurring issue over the past couple weeks. My data feed will just not be pulling into Sierra Charts for live data. Each time I have checked with my data provider (Rithmic) and the issue is not on their end. I am actually able to connect to their platform and data. There seems to be an issue when the data feed attempts to connect to my Sierra Charts account. It happens at random times and then will sometimes just randomly pop back on.
