Sierra can't find custom dll

I just installed Sierra on a new computer, and I have installed some custom DLLs in the proper directory, but for some reason Sierra is not finding the DLLs: Error loading Custom Studies DLL: C:\SierraChart\Data\MPace_64.dll. Windows error code 126: The specified module could not be found. | 2018-07-08 15:32:28 * I have verified that the DLLs exist in C:\SierraChart\Data folder. What am I missing here ? Please advise. Keith, make sure you’re using the correct version of SC for the DLL you’re trying to open. It looks like that’s a 64bit dll Study. Make sure you’ve loaded the 64 bit version of SC not the 32 bit version if your custom dll is 64 bit only. The 32-bit/64-bit wasn't the issue, however when I explicitly started Sierra Chart as administrator, and that solved the problem. The same issue is happening on my old computer too, so this is weird....but all good now. Thanks, Keith |
