First time using Sierra, trying to use it as a better alternative to bitmex's DOM. The actual price updates in Sierra are at exactly the same time as bitmex, but the order book takes between 5 and 20 seconds to update. I have already changed the quote board interval and the update intervals to 10ms but it had no effect. Is this normal or is there a setting im unaware of.

Thanks

Update: Seems as though its happening for others too from asking around, although it used to be fine for them. Have tried rolling back to older versions but doesnt have any effect.

If there is indeed a genuine problem it has to do with the BitMex data feed itself. It could not be a Sierra Chart issue. What is the symbol you notice this with?

For the record no one ever reports problems like this, with the CME and LMAX data feeds we provide which have full market depth data.

It only happens with XBTUSD, all other trading pairs work fine. For the past 10 minutes its been working perfectly but its the only time since yesterday morning it has, so it may have been a server side issue with bitmex. If it starts happening again I will contact bitmex.

Thankyou

Yes. We really do not see how this could be anything on our side. The data is efficiently processed, and immediately transmitted. The source data is a single stream of data. In other words, the last trade prices and market depth are a single stream of data. If they are out of sync it would have to be on the BitMex side.
