Hello Support, someone who has realised a chartbook wants to allow me to use it. I have read that one should follow these steps. - Open the Account Control Panel by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel". - Click on the "Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download" link. - Click on "Accept files shared by ngaer1980" by the shared file. The problem is that I do not see any download link neither i can read this mention: "Click on the "Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download" link". Can you help me to resolv this matter please ? Wouldn't it be more convenient to send directly the CHT file to me ? Thanks ! |

You will need to go to the "Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download" page here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies And accept the files from that user. Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-07-05 16:58:28
