incessant log messages

For some reason I have started getting log messages at least once a minute and usually more often. Examples are below:

This never used to happen. It doesn't seem to hurt anything but my computer makes irritating noises whenever this happens.

Normally historical data downloads only occur when there is a reconnection to the data feed which would occur if there has been a lost connection. So there might be a connectivity problem. We cannot tell because we do not see the complete Message Log.
