HI SC, PLEASE REVIEW the installation log I sent you. I was trying to install a previous version -- But it completed with errors.

Based upon what we see Sierra Chart is running when you try to do the update:
Error encountered with file move. Retrying in 2 seconds.
Error opening C:\SierraChart\SierraChart.exe. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Follow the instructions here to update:
Software Download: Fast Update

And make sure Sierra Chart is not running when you press the Install button. Might be best to wait about 10 seconds first.
