No matter how many times I click NO in the box the profile aligns RIGHT. How do I fix that?

You may have set that Input to Yes as a default setting for the Volume by Price study, or you have set up a Study Collection to use as one of the drawing configurations with the Draw Volume Profile which has that Input set to Yes.
