[Programming Help] - how to create a series of buy and sell limits+stop limit?

I want to create some kind of scale order. for exmaple: buy @ 70 80 90 100 etc sell @ 120 130 140 150 etc when buy@100 is filled, automatically creates a sell @ 110 limit order how can i do that? |
