hello,
I have a bitmex market problem. I was able to log in to both the real account and the demo account. but the problem is with breaking orders. When I'm in the sierra simulation mode, everything works fine. however, when I enter real mode, I can not place any order. and this problem occurs both in the real account and in the demo account.
on the demo account there is an error message that you need to load a specific instrument, but I am not able to do it, because the platform does not detect it.
I wrote a bitmex on this matter, but they were calling me here.

In regards to the "access denied" error you need to ask BitMex about that. Only they can solve that.

i red your instruction ealier. and i did this. i has loged in testnet. and i try to find any symbol for BMEXT but there is not. the only instument is XTBUSD-BMEX. there is no instument for BMEXT at all.

i have curent version. we can flip through emails, but it does not solve the problem in a way

No you do not have the current version. Download the installer direct from this section here and update Sierra Chart:

ok. after installing curent version propably all is working correctly.
