Hi,

The last couple of days My attached orders have several times randomly switched to SimpleBracket.twconfig with a stop of 8 and target of 8 ticks.

The order window was showing my saved configuration however when I entered an order it would only enter the SimpleBracket.twconfig or 8 & 8. I had to manually select another saved configuration then go back to my intended one for it to reset.

The first time it happened I deleted all the native saved order configurations, including SimpleBracket.twconfig. However yesterday it happened again. How is it even possible when I have deleted the config file?

Has anything like this been reported before?

Thanks.

This would be the result of an automated trading system either setting the Trade Window configuration file to use or setting the Attached Orders.

I manually enter my orders using hot keys. In this case it was a market order. I don't use an automated trading system.

There is a shortcut key which can be assigned to the drop-down list for the Trade Window Configuration. Maybe that is getting invoked.

It is hard from our perspective to know exactly what you are doing and what is causing this. It's not something that could happen on its own.

Also make sure that you are not linking Trade Windows:
