Attached Orders - Option to adjust Parent Order while Child Orders remain locked in place

I'd like to be able to move the parent order by dragging it on the chart without moving the attached child orders, is this possible? If not, could the functionality be added, for example by holding down a customisable key command before clicking and dragging the parent order.
