Hide Chart Values Tool when Pointer not Over Chart doesn't worked for detached charts

Hide Chart Values Tool when Pointer not Over Chart function works fine for charts that are attached but I use a lot of detached charts across multiple monitors and the Chart Values crosshair continues to be displayed on those detached charts even when the Pointer is not over those charts. Fix please? |

We have looked into this, and it requires an additional implementation for detached charts. This will be out in the next release.
