Can't connect to Data feed

I have a trial from Mirus futures ZenFire but with the password and user
name they gave me, I can not connect.

This is common. You probably are getting a "Permission Denied" error.
You will see this under Window >Show/Hide Message Log. There may not be much you can do. However, here is the documentation for this error at step 16:
