SC,

could we get some more options to set colors for the heatmap?

i like mine like in the attached screenshot, which makes it easier to pick up.

thanks,
Andreas

There will be some additional functionality coming. But we are not sure when. Could still be months away.

that sounds good.. could you be more specific regarding what "additional" means?

thanks,
Andreas

No definitely not. This is exactly what we are no longer going to be taking any time to do and usually the past we would not do this anyway. If Sierra Chart does not currently meet your requirements it is advisable to use another program.

Going from memory one thing we plan to add to the Market Depth Historical Graph study that has been asked for is to add two additional color settings to use for a different set quantity range.

We will take your post and add it to the internal task. But we cannot promise anything though. That is the issue. We don't want to make promises which users are going to be relying on.

thank you.. i wasnt looking for promises.. it is sufficient enough to know whether or not you consider that setting.. which obviously you are...

an ETA would be a bonus but not mandatory..

however, it would be cool if it would be more than 2 additional color settings. those 8 from the other product seems to be OK, 10 would be even better..

what would be really cool would be a backlog for us customers to follow.. that might even help you with keeping customers in check who ask for a change which is already being asked for..

thanks,
Andreas

I too would much support and appreciate a heat map functionality on the Market Depth Historical Graph for different quantities in the order book. No reply is needed I just want to make it known that there is interest in this feature.
All the best T

The current release has additional coloring options with 4 Ask and 4 Bid colors definable with percentage values for where the color changes occur.
