Hello, we have Sierra installed on a server with RDP enabled, we have 2 users who want to utilize the software and share studies, etc. What is the best practice for 2 users to use the software installed on a single server?

So they would be using it separately at different times?

Potentially yes, or could be simultaneous, I would like to figure out the best practices for both use cases if possible.

If they are both using Sierra Chart at the same time you need two separate Sierra Chart accounts. If they will be using Sierra Chart separately on the same system, one account will be fine with us.

If they both need to use Sierra Chart simultaneously on the same system, then you need to use two separate installations of Sierra Chart in separate folders, one for each of them, and they each need to log into the Windows server using separate accounts with Remote Desktop protocol.
