Sell orders sending as multiple trades

I recently updated one of my spreadsheets and moved the sell condition from the "Flatten and Cancel Working orders" cell to the "Buy Exit (Sell)" column so that I can use that sell on candle close feature on the sell condition.

What I noticed since moving the Sell condition to that column is that the sell orders appear to now send as multiple orders (e.g. a 500 position sell will sell as a 200 and 300 trade).
Whereas when the Sell condition was in the Flatten cell the Sell order would send as one trade.

The issue here is that our sell condition also evaluates the time of our last trade and does not evaluate again for a certain amount of time, so if the sell order is broken up into multiple orders, using eh example provided above, if the initial sell of 200 shares is done, the remaining 300 shares are not sold until the time threshold is exceeded.

My colleague made the same changes but his sell orders appear to be sending as 1 trade and are not being broken up. I was wondering if there was a setting for the "Buy Exit (Sell)" column to send as an "All or Nothing" trade similar to the Flatten cell?
My colleague and I were reviewing our settings and could not find the setting that would impact this.

Our Sierra charts are integrated with Interactive Brokers, but since the orders are being sent from the SC side, I'm assuming it's the SC side is sending as multiple trades for some reason.

This must be related to the order quantities cell settings. Refer to the three of them here:

Make sure they are set as required.
