Hi,

I am doing some clientwork on a study that uses GDT_NUMERIC_INFORMATION as a graph drawtype and there seems to be two issues.

First issue is the use of sc.CombinedForegroundBackgroundColorRef function which does not work when using the 64-bit version. I read in the board you are working on this.

The second issue is that the study works on my end (package 5), but my client is not able to see the study work. I have checked with another SC account which is package three. The study does not show there either. Any pointers on this? Is package 5 necessary for this or am I overlooking something?

Kind regards,
Frederik

We still have not yet had a chance to go into this in detail. The problem is not obvious. We will try to do it today.

Service package 5 is required currently but we will remove that restriction.

Is the restriction removing bound by any version or applicable as from a certain date?
