Hi Sierra Support,

A general question please.

If I took a few months off after my expiration and left my current account inactive for a period of time, what does the process look like to re-subscribe and start usage time again back on my account?

Is it as easy as just paying for monthly usage and signing in again, or is there more of a process to get started after a period of delay?
