Hi,
Any time I open a CL chart I get these very strange long bars: the bars are from the current CL price all the way to 1.18 and back, it does this as soon as it starts updating.
I tried to delete the history, the old database for CLN8 and for a few seconds it looked okay till the first bar updates and it starts all over again.
Not sure how to solve this, in the attachment you can see the output. this is now on any CL chart. the picture is from a new workbook and a new CL intraday chart, after a restart..

This would have to be a problem with the data feed you are using.

Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to?

The data service is "TransAct Trading", several friends with the same datafeed did not have this problem..

Go to that chart and select Window >> Current Quote Window. What do you see for the Bid, Ask, and the Last Trade Price fields?

On the current Quote window, I have now all the different prices for bid, ask, etc. except for daily open that is 0.00. from about 17:00 it seems to be okay again. Yesterday I also had some "blocks" like this..http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1528833788379.png

Are the Bid, Ask, and last trade prices valid in the Current Quote Window?

Yes on the CL chart they are valid, except the daily open.it seems to be working okay for now.

There is a problem with the data being received from Transact in your case. Please contact your broker and have them put you in contact with Transact support.

If you still have the problem let us know and we will look at it with remote assistance. First come to us at this point in time rather than Transact because Transact is not sure about the problem either.
