I just installed Version 1750 32-bit.

1. Trade stats for charts is broken once again - locked onto incorrect chart.

2. My paid subscription for To The Tick zones is DOA. Vendor reports it is a Sierra issue.

Help please. I really need this fixed ASAP

1. You have gone back to an older version. You need to use the pre-release which is now 1761.

Also nothing has ever been "broken". What you see has always been by design but improved upon in 1761.

2.
They need to carefully look into the problem and determine what the issue is. If there is something we need to help with or correct they need to communicate that to us clearly and specifically. Not generalized.

The vendor must be competent. They are not demonstrating competence. It is completely improper for them to be claiming that it is on our side. They must take responsibility for their own code. You should not stay with them because they are not taking proper responsibility. We cannot debug their own code. We do not even know what the problem is.

Even if the issue is hypothetically on our side, they need to competently and clearly communicate what they need help with. They are not doing that. But anyway, that would be very unlikely that there is an issue on our side.

If they understand computer programming they will take care of the problem. If it needs to involve us, then they need to competently communicate to us what the issue is specifically and clearly, not generalized.

The first thing for them to do, is to rebuild the study on the current version using the current SierraChart.h header file. Normally that would not be necessary, but that should be the very first step in the very rare case, there has been something changed within the header, which would affect their custom study.
