I CAN OPEN SC BUT THE CONNECTION STAYS RED - CANNOT CONNECT

DEAR SIRS,

I WORK WITH SC IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS AND SUDDENLY ABOUT A WEEK AGO, I CAN LOG IN BUT THE DATA FROM GAIN CAPITAL DOESNT COME TROUGH.
ATTACHED LOG FILE SHOWING THE PROBLEM, HAS TO DO SOMETHING WITH

THE ONLY THING I SEE DIFFERENT IS THE FOLLOWING PHRASE:

AIN Capital/OEC | Disconnected from the FAST market data server. | 2018-06-08 14:45:00

THE DATA IS PAID FOR, I CONTACT THE BROKER "CANNON TRADING" AND THEY DON'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG ON THEIR SIDE.
PLEASE ADVISE.
