Hello, after a recent update to 1760 I was getting some chart exception errors that repeat every second. I have installed a prior version 1757 of Sierra charts. The exception error has stopped but now I am getting my price arrow on a 24 hour TPO chart moving in random space instead of beside the session price level as well as my RTH session TPO D period is hiding behind my IB bar.. This was not what was happening before. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

1757 was a prerelease. Use version 1750. Follow the instructions here:
Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure

Also provide your Chartbook so we can try to reproduce the exception issue. Here are instructions:

I have reinstalled version 1750 and so far it is working perfectly. Thank you. I have also attached my chartbook as requested as private.

Okay it is going to be difficult for us today to test this Chartbook because it has a lot of charts and uses Rithmic symbols.

We think we have the problem resolved though. When the exception issue occurred, had you been using this command?: Letters/Blocks in Own Column-All Profiles

Yes. I had both my 24 TPO as well as my RTH TPO chart #3 & #7 set to Letters/Blocks in Own Column-All Profiles.

Okay, this problem is now resolved in 1761. It was just a very little minor detail, which has been fixed, triggering it.
