Hi i have been trying to get FBTP charts up. i spoke with AMP who have added the symbol their end. i have done an update from server in global symbol settings but cannot access the symbol it is "not found" when i search for it. Please advise Thanks |

This symbol is listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. The symbol pattern is: F.US.FBTP?## We have now set up the historical data maintenance for this symbol. So open a chart for the symbol and then re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". So when you select File >> Find Symbol >> Futures you do not see this listed?: F.US.FBTP?## Under that it has this listed: F.US.FBTPU18 Do you see any symbols under futures? You need to click the + to the left of Futures to expand the list. You cannot directly search for a particular outright. If you did search for FBTP, you would find a match though.

Okay we see, the problem you are using Rithmic and not CQG. We have been referring to CQG symbols all along. We apologize for that. We have now added this symbol for Rithmic.
