Hi there, 1. when trying to build advanced custom studies dll I am getting an error "The system cannot find the path specified." How do i tell Sc that VS2017 is installed on my computer? 2. Can you pls update this support page? https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/UsingVisualCPlusPlus.php I am trying to setup VS 2017 community version but this page looks a bit old vs. options in VS2017 3. If I want to create a kind of heartbeat / latency counter for studying purposes, where would you suggest me to start with?sc.GetTimeAndSales(TimeSalesArray)? btw your inhouse search engine is down and not working for some time... Thanks

We need to do some research on this. If the user is just building DLLs there certainly are going to be one or two reasonable alternatives out there. But for now if anyone has trouble with Visual Studio or needs technical help just use the custom studies Remote Build within Sierra Chart instead. For us we still have to rely on Visual C++. There really is no other alternative. At least not at this point in time but we do expect that would change in the coming years even if we have to build our own development environment. The search at the top right of all of the webpages works just fine. That is very reliable. It would be hard to believe there is a problem considering the simplicity of the website implementation.
