Hello

For reasons not related to your product and/or support, I'm afraid i have to cancel the service, at least for now. I'm sure this is a stupid quesiton, but do I need to do anything on my side? Am I set up on some sort of automatic renewal? Apologies for the rudimentary question.

Did you want us just to return the usage time you paid for back to a credit balance on your account so you can use that at a future time?

Or did you want a refund?
