Hi,
I use IB for trading but I am trying to use Sierra charts Data feed /CME for futures.

I have activated Sierra Charts Data services Trial

I have activated CME data services ( free for a month)

I have signed the agreements

I have enabled 'Support for Sierra Charts'

Problem: I don't see my chart data feed showing [M] meaning data is coming from CME -> Sierra Chart. I tried to 'find symbol' and status remains the same. I deleted and downloaded data too.
I am actively trading ZS-201807-ECBOT.

Is this a mapping problem or have I missed a setup step?

Here is a quick update:

1. I don't see the [M] on the tab of the chart book.

2. On opening the chart settings of the chart I see the header showing ZS-ECBOT -[M].


3. I also see on the header of trading DOM ZS-ECBOT -[M].

If this confirms that the data is coming from Sierra /CME please close the request.

Yes, I have IB /TWS online and Sierra charts is connected to IB ( as I normally trade).


I Do see ZS 201807-ECBOT-[M] on the header when I open chart settings . I guess the feed is from Sierra.
