Hello, I'm trying to add a new External Data/Trading Service Username but I'm not sure how too. Do I do the same steps as adding someone with a normal Account Name? This is for setting up someone to access Manage Custom Studies Users. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-06-03 02:18:14

There is no longer a need to use the external service username. Just obtain the Sierra Chart Account Name from the user through Help >> About in their installation of Sierra Chart, and use that.
