Thanks. Is there any immediate Sierra chart support for such type of issues that prevents user from trading? Many times issue may be small but by the time it is addressed, considerable trading time is lost which hurts day trader like me. Thanks. |

First, the best thing to do is to always contact us on the Support Board and we will do our best to monitor for these types of issues earlier. Do not use the account support tickets. Account support tickets and also email usually have a lower priority. But really you simply do not even have to involve us. Everything is fully automated and within your control. What we are going to do this week is implement the functionality that when additional credit is added to your account, the data feed that was active on your account and was previously canceled due to an insufficient balance will automatically renew. This will eliminate the issue to begin with.
