Recently installed new firewall software that closes all ports by default. Since this change, I'm not getting any historical data downloaded. In the Sierra Chart Server Settings dialog, the listening port is 11099, the historical data port is 11098 and the UDP port is 22903. I've opened TCP ports 11099 and 11098 and UDP port 22903 in my firewall.

Still not getting any historical data.

Any suggestions?

Those ports are not the right ones.

Refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Error when Downloading Historical Intraday Data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Server

The correct ports are 10149, 10150.
