Turn off (Uncheck) Use Attached Orders on the Trade Window and place your stop order via your Trade Sub Menu or Chart DOM or Trade DOM.

Scott lets say E-mini target was 2728 ;entry 2724; stop 2721. I accidently hit the X on the stop and erase it. Now I want it back. I uncheck the "USE ATTACHED ORDER" and click on trade dom under sell column 2721. It didn't work! I received = no stop & a cancelled working order & left me with a target still working!
What did I do wrong? THX

This is the easy way in my opinion. If there's a simpler way maybe someone else will chime in. In the first picture you can see my chart trading sub menu. I've added the trading commands I use here and place them in Above Price and Below Price sections. If you right click and select the Sell Stop or Sell Trailing Stop (for your long position) at the position of your cursor (regardless of whether your Use Attached Stop Orders is checked or not) and a Stop will be placed at your cursor for the open position amount. You can of course move the stop wherever you wish when you're done.

You CAN customize your Chart DOM settings to trigger a Sell Stop or Trailing Stop with a Mouse/Click combination but you need to set it up specifically for that in your Trade/Chart DOM Settings first.

Hope that works for you....Scott
