Hi i am looking for some assistance, loving the charts so far but trying to work out all the intricacies. Sooo here i go! I am looking to trade spot fx with futures currency with order flow data (numbers bars and market profile). Ideally i would like to execute with an fx broker and trade through sierra charts and get the futures data - but i dont have a futures broker account to get the discount on CME full data. so this then brings me on to this question - can i trade FX through IB have it connected with the the charts and trading service, get the discount with the full data and execute through IB? can i use the sierra data feed that i am paying for, for currency futures and fx, but then just execute through the charts with IB? Is this easy enough to set up? Hope my questions can be answered, and i appreciate what you guys are doing! Kind regards, Lorne. |

To do what you want requires that you use the Trade and Current Quote Symbol: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) But keep in mind because the pricing is different between the spot Forex market and the futures prices you really can only use market orders.
