Condition based candles/bars

Is there a way to plot candles or bars, based on some user definable conditions? If volume > x and volatility > y and number of ticks > z and market order>s n with x ticks move or zero ticks move then create bar.. This is an example.. Could be condition which creates a new bar.. Doable? Thanks |

Yes but this is very complicated with what you describe and it would even be incredibly hard if not practically impossible for us.
