Unable to connect to Rithmic using a free trial through OneUp

Hello,

I signed up for a free trial with One Up trading and have followed all of the instructions for setup and am unable to connect. One Up support confirmed my set up using remote desktop access and cannot see any issues. They suggested I ask you guys for some assistance.

Attached is a screenshot of my log, login credentials and my Rithmic platform which are all the correct inputs for One Up.


Please advise.
