Is it possible to put the stop loss after placing an order?

Today and it happened to me that inadvertently after placing a buy order I cancelled the stop ... wanting to put it back is possible?

Yes, it is possible, but you have to set something at first. Take a look at this link - https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/OrderTypes.html#SendAttachedOrders.

I had already read it, but I did not find anything about it

Antonio, here's what I do. I've added these trade commands to my Chart Sub Menu (see image). If I select Sell Stop when I'm long or Buy Stop when I'm short it will place a stop order wherever my cursor is placed and I can adjust it from there.

Or you can do it like this...
Menu >> Global Settings >> Customize Chart Trade Menu (see trademenu.png)
...and add the option to the menu (see trademenu2.png)
...and with Chart Trade Mode On you can send attached orders as preset in Trading Window (see sendorders.png)

And you can set ACS button to it as well if you wish.
