Is there a way to create a quote board all at once instead of adding the symbols one by one? Say I just want all the Bitfinex symbols on a quote board. How do I do this automatically?

Create a text file with the list of symbols on separate lines and import that as a symbol list.
It then becomes one step

Yeah, I thought maybe I could copy and paste from the symbol list but it's not an option?

As Acro stated, you can import a list of symbols. You will find the documentation for this here:

I think my follow up question was not specific enough. I understand now that I can import a list of symbols. My issue is how to quickly create a list of symbols to import. For example, as noted in my initial post, I'd like to just quote board the entire Bitfinex list of symbols but I don't see a way to turn that into a text file? Is there a way? I do not see a way in the link above?

We really cannot think of a way. The symbols do exist in the GlobalSymbolSettings.XML file in the Sierra Chart installation folder. You can extract them from there.

Actually thinking about this some more, Bitfinex symbols do not exist in this file. They are retrieved remotely.
