Need assistance setting up my Sierra charts with Sierra data.

I tried following the instructions but ended up spending $50 on the charting with no data.. this is really confusing... I do want to try the data but might just have to call IQ Feed because they have someone that can help set it up.... any way anyone can walk me through this and not just post a link for me? Thanks! First of all, understand that it is the exchanges who make this confusing in regards to exchange fees and requirements. We do see this $50 payment: 2017-12-14 07:20:09 [Services Balance] | Payment. Paid as 50.00 USD. | New Balance: 50 SYSTEM 50.00
And we see a payment for usage time on this date with 17 USD remaining: 2018-01-14 00:01:03 [Services Balance] | Services Balance adjustment to set Service Package to 5 (Advanced) with the End Date of 2018-02-14. | New Balance: 17 SYSTEM 31 days 5 -33.00 USD
