Intraday metals data on rithmic not working

Hi I'm using rithmic though DD and can't get live intraday data for any of the metals. I've tried GC, SI and HG. All other products like energies, softs, grains etc work fine. The error in the log says 'permission denied'. Just wondering why that's the case. Cheers |

Your broker will need to help you with the "permission denied" error. Provide them a copy of the specific lines in the Sierra Chart Window >> Show/Hide Message Log that show that.
